Media Technology Technical Writer

Technical Writer (Media Contact Centers training technology) 3 Months Contract Description Seeking a Technical Writer to design and develop instructional content across technical and operational domains. This role bridges documentation and learning design - translating complex systems and processes into clear, usable materials that support day-to-day operations and ongoing training.
Responsibilities Design and develop instructional content for users across technical and operational domains
Document end-to-end business and system processes, including process flows and data flows
Develop role-based training materials and learning assets in multiple formats
Partner with Product, Engineering, and business SMEs to capture and validate knowledge
Maintain and update documentation sprint-to-sprint as systems evolve
Lead learning content projects from design through evaluation while managing timelines
Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in writing operations level training (for example for contact centers and other business units)
Prior experience working with more technical teams to do documentation
Education BA/BS
The estimated pay range for this position is USD $75.00/hr - USD $77.50/hr.
