Painter 2
Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a skilled Painter 2 to maintain and enhance the appearance of the property through high-quality painting and touch-up work across the building. This role is responsible for responding to maintenance requests and emergency situations while ensuring all work areas are kept clean, safe, and well-organized. The ideal candidate brings prior experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
What you will do:
- Handle all the painting through the entire building.
- Responds to any other items as assigned by management in a timely manner.
- Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc.
- Keep all areas of work space in a clean and safe environment.
What you bring:
- High school degree or equivalent experience.
- Two to three years previous experience working as a painter or in Engineering.
- Trade school preferred.
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
- The ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- The ability to have attention to detail in areas that need touch up work.
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
