What You’ll Do Provide production support to the Senior Designer and layout production team
Lay out and resize marketing collateral across multiple formats
Build layouts and adapt design into standardized templates

Partner with traffic, retouching, and marketing to manage deliverables and timelines
Action off cadence business changes without letting quality slip
Contribute to new design work when the opportunity comes up
Maintain file organization, workflow best practices, and brand standards
What a Week Looks Like In season creative routes Monday. Feedback lands mid day Tuesday. Edits get re‑routed and delivered by Thursday afternoon. You own the edits and the deliveries, plus anything that comes through off schedule. It’s a rhythm, and once you’re in it, it moves.
