VP of Customer Retention & Growth Marketing

TeamViewer seeks a VP, Customer & Retention Marketing to own the full post-sale journey for a global base of 500,000+ SMB customers. You will design data-driven, programmatic onboarding, adoption, retention and expansion programs, partnering with Product to optimize in-product messaging and reduce churn.
You will lead a team focused on onboarding, lifecycle marketing, and cross-sell initiatives, while aligning metrics like retention and NRR with business goals.
