Job type:
Part Time

DESCRIPTION

What you'd actually do
Shoot and edit short-form video.

Reels, TikToks, Shorts. This is the majority of the job.
Post consistently.

Not in bursts when you're inspired - on a schedule, every week, without being reminded.
Stay on top of what's working right now.

Formats, sounds, trends. What performed six months ago is dead. Part of this job is knowing that before we do.
Make the cookies look incredible.

Lighting, angles, texture, the frosting pull, the break shot. If you know why one shot makes someone hungry and another doesn't, you know what this job is.
Build the weekly menu drop into a rhythm.

New flavors every week is a built-in content engine most brands would kill for.
Feature the crew.

The best cookie content is about people, not just product.
Watch the numbers.

What got views, what didn't, and adjust. Opinions are fine; data is better.
Engage.

Comments, DMs, local accounts. Reach isn't only about posting.
Who we're looking for

Someone with a portfolio. We care far more about what you've made than where you went to school.

You can shoot and edit on a phone and make it look intentional
Real instinct for lighting - natural light, when to move, when not to shoot
Understand color, composition, and consistency; our feed should look like one brand, not forty random posts
Can write a hook that stops a scroll in two seconds
Genuinely self-directed. Nobody is going to hand you a shot list.
Reliable with a schedule. Consistency beats brilliance in this job, every time.
Comfortable being in the store during real shifts, working around a busy crew
Available some evenings and weekends, since that's when the store looks best
Bring examples. Accounts you've run, videos you've made, anything. That matters more than a résumé.

What you get from us

Creative room.

We're not going to art-direct you into oblivion. Bring us ideas.
Great raw material.

New flavors weekly, an energetic crew, and a product that photographs beautifully.
Direct access to the owner

- no committee, fast decisions.
Flexible hours.

We care about output, not about you being in a chair.
Growth.

Two stores now, more later. This gets bigger if it works.
Free cookies, obviously.

We're the nation's fastest-growing cookie company for a reason. Our rotating flavors, open-concept kitchens, and famous pink box make cookie-eating an experience you won't forget.

It all started with one big dream, two cookie-crazed cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO) when they teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that didn't live up to expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the pair decided to take their 'perfect cookie quest' to the people. They gathered feedback and tested recipes-a practice that is still part of the Crumbl process- until they created the world's best chocolate chip cookie.
