2nd Shift Production Supervisor - Lean Manufacturing Lead

Generac Power Systems Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a shift and ensure safe, on-time manufacturing. You will coordinate with Planning, Materials, Quality, and other teams to optimize schedules and drive continuous improvement on productivity and quality.
The role requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent, 2 years of leadership experience, and experience with welding, fabrication, and powder paint processes. SAP/ERP and MS Office proficiency are preferred.
