Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented

Bilingual Vietnamese/English Shipping & Receiving Associate

to join our manufacturing team.

This position is responsible for receiving incoming materials, preparing outgoing shipments, organizing materials, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining accurate shipping and receiving records.

Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is required.

The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively in both languages with coworkers, supervisors, drivers, and other personnel.

Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming materials, products, and supplies.
Verify quantities, condition, and shipping documentation.
Prepare finished products and materials for shipment.
Pick, pack, label, and stage orders for outgoing shipments.
Load and unload trucks safely.
Move and organize materials throughout the facility.
Maintain organized shipping, receiving, and storage areas.
Accurately complete shipping and receiving paperwork.
Check shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and other documentation.
Identify damaged, missing, or incorrect materials and report discrepancies to management.
Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Coordinate with production to ensure materials are available when needed.
Communicate with drivers and carriers regarding deliveries and pickups.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Assist with communication between Vietnamese-speaking employees and supervisors when necessary.
Perform other shipping, receiving, warehouse, and production-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

Bilingual English/Vietnamese - REQUIRED.
Ability to speak and understand both English and Vietnamese sufficiently to communicate workplace, shipping, receiving, and safety instructions.
Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, manufacturing, or material-handling experience preferred.
Ability to read and understand basic shipping documents and instructions.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Willingness to learn company procedures and equipment.
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday.
Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to approximately

50 lbs.
Ability to safely load and unload materials.
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks as required.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is

bilingual in English and Vietnamese , dependable, organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Candidates with experience in

shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, inventory, material handling, or manufacturing

are strongly preferred.
