A growth-stage, multi-unit restaurant group is seeking a VP of Marketing to lead brand strategy, guest acquisition, and digital growth. Company identity withheld at this stage of search.

About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on marketing leader to own brand positioning, drive same-store sales growth, and build a scalable marketing engine across [X] locations. You'll report directly to executive leadership and manage a small internal team plus agency partners.

What You'll Do

Own marketing strategy across brand, digital, local store marketing, and loyalty/CRM

Drive same-store traffic and check-average growth through data-informed campaigns

Lead national/regional media planning and budget allocation (paid social, search, local)

Oversee menu launch marketing, promotional calendars, and seasonal campaigns

Manage social media, influencer, and PR strategy to build brand equity

Build and mentor a marketing team; manage external agency relationships

Partner with Operations and Culinary on new unit openings and market expansion

Report on KPIs (traffic, CAC, LTV, comp sales) to executive leadership and ownership

What You Bring

8+ years in marketing leadership, with restaurant, QSR, hospitality, or multi-unit retail experience required

Track record of driving measurable same-store sales/traffic growth

Deep knowledge of local marketing, loyalty programs, and digital/paid media

Experience managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams

Data-driven mindset with strong P&L and ROI fluency

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
