Healthcare Territory Account Manager – Referrals & Admissions

VitalCaring Group is seeking an Account Manager to drive referral growth and admissions across a defined territory. You will build relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, and community providers while expanding new business and meeting performance targets.
The role is field-based with daily in-person visits and requires strong communication, organization, and self-motivation to manage a busy sales pipeline and partner engagement.
