Job type:
Full Time

Prim + Co is a communications firm specializing in public relations, content creation, social media, and influencer marketing. Being a part of this powerhouse agency will connect you to a roster of distinguished restaurants, hotels, real estate projects, and lifestyle brands. We tell compelling original stories to connect brands to their target audiences. We’re passionate, professional, and purpose-driven. We’re dedicated to our work, the agency, our clients, and each other. At Prim, we’re incredibly intentional about our company culture, and we whole-heartedly believe in a work-life blend, where you’ll be empowered to continue learning and growing through travel, mentorship and training, along with a connected company culture.
Who are you? Creative, detail-driven and visually fluent. You live on social media — not just as a user but as a student of the craft. You can walk into a photoshoot and immediately know what story you’re telling and how you’re going to tell it. You write captions that sound human, design Stories that stop the scroll, and build content calendars that hold together as a cohesive brand narrative. You’re organized enough to manage multiple accounts at once, collaborative enough to take strategic direction from account leads, and creative enough to make that direction come alive. If this sounds like you, read on.
The Role The Social Media Content Strategist is a mid-level creative who is equal parts producer, writer and visual thinker. You are the content engine behind several of Prim’s client accounts — owning monthly content calendars from strategy to final approval, participating in and capturing content at client photoshoots, and producing short-form video and reels that reflect each brand’s unique voice. You work closely with Account Managers and the Sr. Account Supervisor to ensure your content ladders up to broader account strategy, and you bring ideas of your own. This is a hybrid role requiring local availability, with one required in-office day per week (Tuesday) and regular on-site presence at client photoshoots.
