Ruckus is seeking a Creative Strategist / Sr. Creative Strategist – Paid Social to own performance creative from idea through execution.
This is a true full-stack role where you’ll study performance insights, test ideas, and craft assets yourself—writing, designing, editing, and delivering ad-ready creative. You’ll own the entire process, producing high-performing creative at scale, with weekly delivery cycles and collaboration with Growth to roadmap tests.
