Field Marketing ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a results-oriented Field Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize regional and local marketing programs that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue. This role combines event and experiential marketing with digital campaign management, cross-functional alignment with sales and product teams, and data-driven optimization. The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer with strong execution skills across paid and organic channels, marketing automation and CRM platforms, analytics, and in-person events.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute integrated field marketing plans aligned to regional business goals, sales targets, and product launches.Plan, manage and execute in-person and virtual events, trade shows, roadshows, and partner co-marketing activities to drive qualified pipeline.Collaborate closely with sales leadership to define target accounts, build territory-based ABM/lead generation programs, and ensure lead follow-up and conversion.Create and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid search/display, affiliate, mobile) using marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and on-the-ground logistics for events, sponsorships and field activations; track spend and optimize for ROI.Design, test and optimize creative assets and messaging for landing pages, ads, email, and event materials; coordinate with internal design or agency partners (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Use A/B testing, CRO methodologies and analytics (Google Analytics, web analytics) to increase conversion rates and improve funnel performance.QualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.B2B demand generation marketing experience with demonstrable impact on pipeline and revenue.Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, affiliate).Experience building and optimizing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels including mobile marketing and public relations.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with video production/editing tools.Ability to travel regionally as required and manage multiple simultaneous priorities.BenefitsMedical insurance, Vision insurance, Dental insurance, 401(k), Paid maternity leave, Paid paternity leave, Disability insurance
