The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a seasoned designer who wants:

Creative ownership over high-visibility commercial signage

Leadership influence within a collaborative team

A pathway to Art Director or Creative Director

Direct impact on brand quality and client experience

You won’t just execute layouts — you’ll guide design standards, improve workflow, and serve as the creative authority between sales, production, and installation.

What You’ll Lead

Concept development for:

Channel letters & dimensional signage

Monument & pylon signs

Wayfinding & ADA systems

Vehicle wraps & fleet branding

Large-format environmental graphics

Establishing design standards and best practices

Reviewing and approving artwork before production

Mentoring junior designers and production artists

Ensuring projects are brand-accurate, buildable, and code-compliant

Contributing to workflow improvements and creative efficiency

What You Bring

5+ years of professional design experience

Strong background in sign or large-format graphics (preferred)

Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop

Deep understanding of scale, materials, fabrication constraints, and install methods

Experience preparing permit-ready renderings and production files

Strong communication skills and confidence leading creative discussions

You think beyond aesthetics — you design with fabrication, installation, and longevity in mind.
