Search Engine Marketing Manager

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Search Account Managers to join our SEM team. In this role, you manage the creation and execution of PMAX campaigns, Google Ads search, Microsoft Ads search, Tiktok Ads search, and ChatGPT search. Each AM is responsible for reporting, campaign creating and loading, pacing, and daily optimizations to ensure our clients' campaigns succeed. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective task prioritization, and excellent organizational skills.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare internal and external SEM reporting for clients and team members

Build, manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads and related search networks

Create, utilize and track conversion metrics like CPA and ROAS

Design and write ad copy and curate keyword lists to continually improve performance

Analyze data to improve client return on investment

Attend and participate in ongoing training sessions and discussions

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree – Journalism and Business preferred

1-3 years relevant paid search industry experience

Strong analytical, communication and writing skills

Deep understanding of Google Ads and Microsoft Bing

Solid understanding of basic math, including algebra

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

Background knowledge of the digital media landscape and terminology

Familiarity with platforms such as SEMRush

Familiarity with pixel creation and tracking conversions

Google Ads Certified

Financial, data entry, or media budgeting experience
