Performance Marketing Ops Leader

Indeed is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Performance Marketing to own the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing-generated leads.
You will route, contact, and progress high-intent leads, coordinating with Marketing, Revenue Process Automation, and Data Science to optimize Salesforce and related models. You will monitor pipelines, build dashboards, and ensure data hygiene while collaborating across teams to improve velocity and SLA compliance.
