Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Director, Commercial Marketing to set strategy for market planning and activations across Celebrity Cruises. You will align pricing, promotions, and omnichannel marketing with the business cycle and drive database growth across the organization.
The role leads a cross-functional Commercial Marketing team, partners with Marketing, Ecommerce, IT/Data, and Revenue Management to ensure campaigns meet revenue targets while maintaining brand integrity.
