Lead Marketing Supervisor

Renewal by Andersen in Nashville leads a fast-growing Events and Retail Marketing team focused on generating in-home consultations for our sales organization. You will supervise Brand Ambassadors, coach for performance, and drive lead generation across retail locations and events.
The role requires 1–3 years of leadership experience in sales/marketing, strong coaching skills, and comfortable travel. A valid license, CRM proficiency, and flexibility for mornings/evenings/weekends are expected.
