Design Director: Lead Scalable Creative Systems

Omnicom Production is seeking a Design Director with a strong background in art direction and design for CPG brands. You will lead multidisciplinary design teams to deliver cohesive campaigns across OLV, PDP, in-store assets, and social-first content, while building design systems in Figma.
You will oversee large teams and have the gravitas to own campaign design for major wellness brands, mentoring associates and senior designers to ensure timely, on-budget delivery in a fast-paced environment.
