About the Role
Our company is growing, and we are seeking an In-Person Video Shoot Coordinator to join our growing team! We are seeking someone who's highly organized, comfortable being the point person on shoot day, and skilled at keeping people, schedules, and logistics running smoothly. This is a salaried position with bonus potential based on individual and company performance KPI's.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule in-person video shoots with family law firm clients, working around their office availability and attorney schedules.
Plan shoot-day logistics — travel, timing, shot lists/content plans, and on-location setup needs — in partnership with the video team.
Serve as the main point of contact on shoot day, keeping the schedule on track and troubleshooting issues as they come up.
Communicate clearly with clients before and during the shoot so they know what to expect and feel taken care of.
Coordinate with the videographer/video team to make sure all planned content gets captured within the scheduled time.
Manage shoot calendars and travel arrangements across multiple client locations.
Follow up after each shoot to confirm content was captured as planned and flag anything that needs to be rescheduled or reshot.

Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in production coordination, event coordination, project management, or a similarly logistics-heavy role.

Required Skills
Demonstrate that you can juggle multiple moving pieces (schedules, people, logistics) without letting anything slip.
A personable, calm-under-pressure presence — you're often the face of Empirical360 on location, so people skills matter as much as organizational skills.
Comfortable communicating directly with clients (attorneys and their staff) before and during shoots.
Strong scheduling and time-management skills, with comfort managing travel logistics.
Willing to travel to client shoot locations as scheduled.
Willing to be a team player and collaborate closely with the video and editing teams.

Availability: Able to work Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5 PM EST
This is an in-person role in Odessa, FL Able once a month for meet ups, team lunches or trainings
