Senior UX Designer: Strategy, Systems & Omnichannel

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Lead UX Designer to own UX strategy for a flagship Genius portfolio component.
You will work with Product Management, Engineering and Delivery teams to shape experience strategy, drive customer-centered design, and evolve design systems. You will lead end-to-end UX efforts, from discovery to delivery, defining personas, journey maps, and interaction models, while strengthening UX maturity across the PDLC.
