Senior Telecom Fiber Design Lead (OSP/QC)

Energy Resilience Partners, LLC (ERP) is seeking a Senior Technical Staff Member (Telecommunications) to lead design assurance and QC for the Fort Buchanan microgrid fiber
etwork. The role manages telecom drawings, interfaces, and on-site coordination.
Hybrid remote design review with on-island installation duties in Puerto Rico are required. The successful candidate will supervise installers, witness OTDR tests, maintain documentation, and ensure compliant handoffs to operations.
