Contribute to the front end by turning design intent into clean React + TypeScript , either shipping work yourself or pairing closely with engineers
Partner with product and clinical stakeholders on research with real clinicians
Help plan, run, and translate research findings into design decisions
Requirements 3+ years designing digital products end to end, with a portfolio showing product thinking plus visual and interaction craft
Product sense : reasoning about user workflows and trade-offs, not only pixel-level execution
