Global Aesthetic Design Director

Serta Simmons Bedding (SSB) is seeking an Aesthetic Design Director to lead product design and component development for multiple brands and private label programs. The role owns the department budget, creative agency engagements, and capital purchases, driving a robust material innovation program.
The director will manage domestic and global supplier networks, forecast color and trends, mentor a high-performing team, and guide branding across all SSB brands.
