Gabbwireless · Lehi, UT, USA ·

Pay:

Job type:
Full Time

At Gabb, we're on a mission to bring back the magic of childhood.

Think outdoor adventures and real connections! We create safe tech that lets kids be kids, even in a digital world. Why? Because families deserve to stay connected without sacrificing safety. Our team is full of optimistic folks who love a good challenge (and having fun!). Join us as we champion a fearless approach to safe tech and help build a brighter future for families everywhere.

Who We Are
We're Gabb, and we believe childhood should be spent making memories, not scrolling a feed. If you want to help kids get outside, explore, and become who they're meant to be, you're in the right place. Our Creative team runs like an in-house agency, and we believe great work and a little bit of whimsy go hand in hand.

What You'll Do
Gabb Wireless is looking for a Brand and Marketing Designer to join our internal Creative team. You'll work alongside our designers, motion graphics artists, and copywriters. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you’ll take a lead role in shaping brand concepts, brand building, and marketing and advertising content across the company.

This is a generalist role spanning digital, print, packaging, and web design. Like everyone on our Creative team, you'll be expected to act as the expert in your vertical. You'll have the freedom to explore creatively, and help us build the best Kids brand on the planet.

Lead creative design behind brand concepts and brand-building initiatives

Design marketing and advertising content across print, digital, packaging, and web

Balance fast-turn asset requests and longer campaign-level design projects

Contribute creative thinking and strategy alongside the rest of the Creative team, not just execution

Interpret creative requests with a strong point of view and produce polished, on-brand finals

Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, senior designers, motion graphics artist, and copywriters on integrated campaigns

Take feedback well and iterate efficiently

Stay current with design trends and continually push Gabb's creative standards forward

Keep working files, final assets, and templates organized in our shared drive following team naming and folder conventions

Help maintain and grow our brand asset library so the whole team can work efficiently

Minimum of 5 years of design experience, although creativity and execution shown in your portfolio matters more than years on paper

A design portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, not just execution

Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma

Willingness to try new tools and approaches

Strong creative instincts and confidence to pitch and shape concepts

Excellent organizational habits, comfortable maintaining shared drives, file structures, and asset libraries

Excellent time management skills, able to juggle both quick-turn requests and longer campaign work

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Why This Role
This role is built for a designer who wants real ownership over their creative vertical. As part of Gabb's in-house creative agency, you won't just be filling requests, you'll be trusted as the expert shaping how the brand shows up across every touchpoint, with the room to grow and make the work your own. And since we build for kids, there's always room for a little fun in the day to day, the mood boards get weird sometimes.

While we value talent from everywhere, we are currently limited to hiring employees who reside in Utah. We appreciate your understanding.

Why You'll Love Gabb
