We're seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Studio Production Artist to produce accurate, compliant assets in a fast-paced pharma advertising environment, ensuring work meets regulatory, brand, and production standards across channels. This is a freelance position so workload can vary depending how busy we are. Short term and long-term projects are available. Pharma/healthcare experience is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, revise, and deliver production-ready files for print, digital, and multimediaBuild layouts from approved concepts while maintaining brand consistencyEnsure compliance with pharma regulations and MLR guidelinesPartner with creative and account teams to deliver on timeManage multiple projects and tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracyPerform QC on typography, layout, and technical specsResize/adapt assets for banners, social, email, and printMaintain organized files and version controlQualifications2+ years as a production artist (agency and/or healthcare/pharma preferred)Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Solid print and digital production/file-prep knowledgeFamiliarity with FDA/pharma regulatory processes (preferred)High attention to detail and strong organizationAble to take direction and implement feedback quicklyPreferred SkillsExperience with MLR review systems/workflowsKnowledge of digital accessibility standardsBasic motion/interactive skills (e.g., After Effects, Figma)Experience with DAM systemsKey AttributesMeticulous, process-driven, and detail-focusedCollaborative with strong communicationAdaptable in a deadline-driven environmentSolutions-oriented and efficiency-mindedSpectrum is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
