Director, Internal Communications & Digital Experience

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Director of Internal & Executive Communications to shape the company’s internal communication strategy. This role will support business priorities by enhancing employee engagement through digital channels, working closely with executives and HR leadership.
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in communications and a strong background in using digital platforms and AI tools to optimize messaging and communication effectiveness.
