Senior Designer, Juniors Dresses

Our client, a leading juniors wholesale apparel company is seeking an ambitious and creative Senior Designer for Juniors Dresses.
Responsibilities

Translate compelling visions into practical designs
Ensure products aligns with brand aesthetic, quality, and target customer
Collaborate closely with the design manager
Collaborate with cross functional team
Lead and mentor junior designers
Present ideas through sketching, presentation boards, design development and details
Keep abreast and stay updated in industry trends
Review lab dips and strike-offs
Lead fit session with Technical Designer
Communicate with buyers and oversea vendors
React to product performance
Requirements

Experience in the off-priced and/or mass market retail sector
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, Microsoft Suite, and PLM
Solid knowledge of color/print
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Travels required as needed
Team player and open to design changes/constructive feedback
Ability to manage and meet deadlines
