Paid Media Analyst

Sponsored Search, Display, and Media Campaign ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesBuild, launch, and optimize sponsored search, display, and media campaigns across Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, DoorDash, and other retail media networks.Manage campaign activity end-to-end within Pacvue, including bid management, budget pacing, keyword strategy, and targeting adjustments.Monitor daily performance metrics, including ROAS, ACOS/TACOS, CPM, CPC, conversion rate, and share of voice.Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting for internal stakeholders.Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search-term mining.Make data-driven recommendations for budget allocation across platforms and campaign types.Partner with brand and creative teams to align ad content with campaign objectives.Maintain organized campaign structures, naming conventions, and documentation.Additional Skills & QualificationsRequired Qualifications2–4+ years of hands-on retail media or paid search experience with direct campaign management responsibility.Pacvue experience is required. Candidates without Pacvue experience will not be considered.Active campaign experience on at least two of the following: Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, DoorDash Ads, Instacart Ads, Kroger Precision Marketing, or similar retail media platforms.Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and communicate status/blockers effectively.Preferred QualificationsExperience with CPG, beverage, or FMCG brands.Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Helium 10, or similar analytics/BI tools.Amazon Ads or other retail media certifications.Experience with DSP/programmatic retail media buys.Experience LevelExpert LevelJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Santa Monica, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
