Content Marketing DirectorNOW HIRING: Content Marketing DirectorCompensation: $135,000-$150,000 per yearSBM Management and its technology platform, 4insite, are seeking a highly skilled Director, Content Marketing to lead our brand and product storytelling across our solutions and technology offerings. This role owns shaping and executing our content strategy, including developing and deploying compelling, high-impact content to engage prospects, customers, and partners across the lifecycle.You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Creative, Design, Product/Technology, Sales, Account Management, and Operations to produce polished, credible content that resonates with and engages enterprise customers, operators, and decision-makers.This is a highly cross-functional, individual contributor role for someone who is a strategic thinker and hands-on creator, has strong attention to detail, and can manage the full editorial and content lifecycle. This role requires strong time management, judgment, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering consistent, high-quality output and results.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.Own the strategy and execution of enterprise content marketing, supporting brand awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, and thought leadershipPlan, develop, and deliver content supporting product launches, industry events, sales priorities, campaigns, and executive initiatives, including managing a central editorial calendarOwn brand editorial standards and guidelines (value proposition, tone of voice, style, accuracy, compliance)Develop and lead organic social media and editorial strategies, with emphasis on LinkedIn and executive-facing platformsDevelop and lead PR and communications strategyPartner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Creative, Design, Product/Technology, Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure content and storytelling supports business objectivesContent Creation & ManagementResearch, write, edit, and publish high-quality and credible content including: Blogs and articlesCase studies and customer success storiesWhitepapers and solution briefsWebsite and platform copySocial media contentPress releasesThought leadership, executive bylines, and long-form narrativesVideo, audio, and webinar content (scripted and edited)Translate complex operational, technical, and data-driven concepts into clear, engaging narratives for both business and technical audiencesPartner with Product Marketing to develop sales enablement content, training, and tools to effectively sell, and website and SEO strategyCommission, edit, and manage contributions from subject matter experts, internal stakeholders, and vendorsPartner with Creative and Design to develop content visuals and multi-media to support campaign narrativesThought Leadership & ResearchPartner with internal experts to develop authoritative content on: Technology, data, and operational performanceSafety, sustainability, compliance, and operational excellenceFacilities management trendsWorkforce optimization and labor strategySupport research-based content such as reports, surveys, and data-driven insights that reinforce SBM and 4insite's market leadershipMeasurement & ImpactDefine, track, and own key performance metrics to measure content marketing and inform ongoing optimizationBuild dashboards and report on performance with clarity and consistencyContinuously iterate campaigns through A/B testing and data-backed insightsQualificationTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
