Hyve is seeking a Director, Audience Development for POSSIBLE US to own and execute the buyer recruitment strategy year-round. You will manage senior relationships with brands and agencies, lead a small team, and drive revenue through Hosted Buyer and paid ticket development while reporting on progress and adapting strategy as needed.
You will recruit, train, and coach 1–2 audience development leads, partner with marketing, and ensure a high-quality attendee experience across the show portfolio
