Scot Forge seeks a Continuous Improvement Specialist to accelerate our Lean journey by partnering with employee-owners across the business. You’ll lead Kaizen events, coach teams in problem-solving, and drive Lean deployment to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and equipment reliability.
You will collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, quality, and supply chain to build capability that sustains improvements long after projects close.
