Strong portfolio of original content across social platforms
Comfortable shooting, scripting, and editing short-form video
Understanding of what performs on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Ability to adapt your style to different brand voices
Self-starter who can manage deadlines without daily check-ins
Experience with scheduling tools and content calendars
