In-Person HOA Community Manager – San Diego

Southwest Equity Partners, Inc. is seeking a Community Association Manager to oversee HOA operations across San Diego County from Solana Beach. This full-time, in-person role focuses on resident communications, financial management, and facility maintenance, reporting to the Finance Director as needed.
You will work with Boards, attend meetings (some evenings), coordinate with contractors, and manage budgets. A real estate license is beneficial, with a strong emphasis on service and teamwork.
