A Sales Directoris a person that is passionate about the benefits of fitness and the development of others. They must be fully invested to market and sell fitness memberships to their community. A successful Sales Director must be friendly, professional, personable, and approachable. They must be detailed, organized, proficient, and a self-starter.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Execute lead generation (systems provided) in monthly advertising and promotions

Follow and complete daily tasks and business statistics tracking

Drive marketing programs to increase membership sales

Work with the area/studio management

Aid with facility management

Coordinate and execute community events regularly to engage with prospective members

Oversee and implement all corporate initiatives and activities including marketing campaigns and community/event sponsorships.

Accomplish new membership monthly goals

Accomplish upgrade goals for all upgrade programs

Help accomplish overall studio revenue goals

We’re Excited About You if You:

At least 20 years old

At least 3 years of sales experience (required)

Have a can-do attitude as a self-starter with strong attention to detail

Sales-driven attitude

A strong desire to make an impact.

Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings and some weekends

The ability to work in conditions that include multiple priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Be a team player.

Communicate clear decisions, next steps, and accountability
