Education and training:Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and insurable driving record as determined by Beck's automobile insurance policy.2. Technical knowledge:Driven/Motivated, creativity, leadership, and communication skillsDetail OrientedAbility to give, receive and apply constructive criticismFlexibility as duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without noticeAdvanced in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign3. Experience:Minimum of four (4) years.4. Physical Demands:Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted on occasion.5. Travel:Periodic travel required due to video shoots, photo shoots, business events, and tradeshows on location.
