We’re looking for an ambitious Brand Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll represent leading nonprofit brands, speak directly with members of the public, create positive brand experiences, and support customer acquisition through face-to-face sales and marketing.

What you’ll be doing: Represent nonprofit brands through professional face-to-face marketing campaigns
Speak directly with customers and members of the public to raise awareness and generate support
Create positive, engaging experiences that build trust with potential customers and supporters
Support customer acquisition and sales through direct, face-to-face conversations
Communicate campaign information clearly and confidently
Work toward individual and team sales and acquisition goals
Develop your skills in sales, marketing, communication, customer engagement, and leadership
Work alongside a supportive, motivated team focused on growth and results
What we’re looking for: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence speaking with new people face-to-face
A positive, motivated, and goal-oriented attitude
Someone who enjoys working with customers and building relationships
A coachable mindset and willingness to learn
Ambition to develop and progress within a growing business
Previous sales, marketing, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is helpful, but not required
