This role offers the opportunity to lead and optimize impactful email campaigns while leveraging data insights to enhance campaign performance.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a deep understanding of email marketing strategies, campaign execution, and customer engagement optimization.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns from strategy to deployment.Build, test, and launch email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Optimize campaign performance through segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Design, Content, Engineering, and IT.Analyze campaign metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversions to improve effectiveness.Drive automation initiatives across the customer journey to scale marketing efforts.Mentor team members and contribute to a collaborative and high-performing marketing environment.Required Skills:Strong understanding of email marketing principles and campaign lifecycle.Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Expertise in campaign segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign optimization.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
