Job type:
Full Time

About the Opportunity
Aidin is looking for a growth-focused Account Executive, Post‑Acute Care to manage a portfolio of existing post‑acute care (PAC) clients while driving net‑new business in smaller accounts. This is a revenue‑carrying role focused on expansion and growth – you’ll upsell current clients, land new logos, and consistently hit or exceed quota.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both relationship management and consultative selling – comfortable farming accounts but also motivated to hunt new opportunities. Our distributed team works 100% remotely on U.S. Eastern or Central time.

What You Will Do

Prospect and close net‑new business with regional PAC providers (SNFs, home health, hospice, IRF, referral partners)

Run full sales cycles: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close

Drive annual expansion within your existing account base through upsells and additional facility growth

Use Aidin's performance data and market reports to lead consultative, insight‑driven conversations

Deliver tailored demos that speak directly to PAC workflows, intake challenges, and executive priorities

Articulate ROI – referral growth, census impact, competitive positioning – in terms healthcare decision‑makers care about

Own the onboarding experience for newly signed accounts and serve as the primary point of contact during the critical first 90 days

Train users and administrators on Aidin's reporting tools and how to act on data to drive referral improvement

Manage an ongoing portfolio of regional accounts – monitor health, address issues proactively, and build lasting relationships

Own the full renewal cycle: start conversations early, reinforce value, and close on time

Maintain accurate pipeline, account records, and forecasts in HubSpot

Feed market and client insights back to leadership to inform product and strategy

Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in account management or sales in healthcare SaaS within post‑acute care, hospital/health system, senior care, or home health

Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota through upsells and new logo acquisition

Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to engage executives

Experience running both renewal/expansion cycles and net‑new business sales cycles

CRM experience required (HubSpot preferred); proven ability to run product demos and close business independently

Strong organization and follow‑through – you can manage a portfolio without dropping the ball

Must be a self‑starter and comfortable with the uncomfortable; experience with another early‑stage startup is a major bonus

Coachability is critical to the success

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
