Full time / Monday - Friday
Pay starts at $15.50/hour
Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm
Video Quality Control Specialist is responsible for monitoring video footage of merchandise movement along our automated conveyor systems. In this role, you will ensure that products are loaded onto the correct transportation vehicles, thereby minimizing errors and supporting efficient logistics. You will receive training on core business applications and work closely with our team to improve operational outcomes. Other duties as assigned.
Communicate any discrepancies, issues, or observations professionally via email, phone, and in-person discussions with team members, management and customers.
Efficiently manage multiple tasks while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail during video footage analysis.
Will train but must be able to learn and understand Microsoft Office Suite, SAE website (Delivery Tracking) and SAP (Inventory Management Software) and other technological tools that support the success of the overall operation.
High school diploma or equivalent (advanced technical or related certifications are a plus). Demonstrated capacity to learn new software platforms quickly. Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in a highly automated environment or in a quality control role is preferred but not required. 1 - 2 years customer service, call center and / or related area within foodservice industry. SAP Knowledge
