VP Brand & Growth Marketing

Rent the Runway is seeking a Head of Brand and Performance Marketing (VP level) to own the strategy and long-term direction that shapes how the world sees, discovers, and loves Rent the Runway. This role reports to the SVP, Customer and sits as a senior Marketing leader.
You will lead brand, performance, social, partnerships, PR, and measurement, ensuring brand and demand act as one integrated system while building high-performing teams and aligning with Creative, Product and Customer Experience.
