Description Gelatissimo is an award-winning Australian-based premiumgelato brand with over 60 stores across Australia, five stores in the UnitedStates and an established international franchise network.
We're looking for an energetic, commercially minded USMarketing & Operations Manager to help drive the success of our UnitedStates business.
Based in Houston, you'll support Gelatissimo's US networkacross Houston, Northwest Arkansas, Orange County and Honolulu, working closelywith franchisees, store teams and our Australian Head Office.
This is a unique opportunity to join an internationalbusiness in a broad, hands-on role where you'll have genuine ownership, varietyand the opportunity to make a real impact. You'll begin your journey withtraining at our Sydney Head Office before returning to Houston to support ourUS business.
About the Role As our US Marketing & Operations Manager, you'll beresponsible for helping our existing US business thrive by:
Designingand executing local marketing campaigns and promotions.
Capturingand creating engaging social media, photography and video contentshowcasing our products, stores and customers.
Partneringwith franchisees to improve sales, customer experience and overallbusiness performance.
Buildingtrusted relationships with franchisees and acting as their primaryday-to-day support contact.
Coordinatingday-to-day business operations with our Australian Support Office.
Coordinatingproduct replenishment and supporting new product launches.
Identifyingopportunities to improve business performance and strengthen theGelatissimo brand.
No two days will be the same. One day you may be filmingcontent in-store, the next supporting a franchisee, coordinating productdeliveries, launching a new flavour or developing a local marketing campaign.
About You You'll be someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership andloves getting things done.
You'll ideally have:
Experiencein marketing, hospitality, retail, franchising or business operations.
Strongdigital marketing and social media skills.
Excellentcommunication and relationship-building abilities.
Acommercial mindset and sound problem-solving skills.
Highlevels of organisation, initiative and accountability.
Theflexibility to travel within the United States.
