Senior Growth Lead, Organic & AI SEO + CRO

Ship & Play is seeking a Sr. Manager, Organic Growth to own the brand’s organic visibility and on-site performance across ShipSticks, ShipCamps, and ShipSkis.
This role leads technical SEO, AI Overview / Generative Engine Optimization (AIO/GEO), CRO programs, and content briefs, while partnering with Content, Analytics, and MarTech to run structured experiments and optimize cross-sell paths.
