Hire Feed is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition across channels. The role is hands-on with budgets, creative, and analytics—driving CAC, conversion, and ROAS through disciplined experimentation.
You will plan and optimize campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, manage budgets, build landing pages and ad creative, run continuous testing, track performance, and partner with creative, lifecycle, and analytics teams.
