## Qualifications**Required Qualifications*** Active North Carolina Property and Casualty insurance license* Minimum of two plus years of commercial insurance sales experience* Proven ability to advise medium to large commercial clients* Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverage, underwriting practices, and market conditions* Experience with risk management activities, including MOD analysis, loss runs, and loss control reviews* Exceptional time management and organizational skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team* Successful completion of a background check---**Preferred Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree* Experience using the EPIC agency management system* Positive, collaborative, and team oriented mindset* Inquisitive, with a desire for continued learning and professional development* Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment* Strong interpersonal skills
