iSpace Georgia is hiring: Video Monitoring Specialist in New York

iSpace | Apple Premium Partner is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible team member to join our team as a Video Monitoring Specialist .
Key Responsibilities: Conduct real-time video monitoring of the company’s stores;
Monitor and analyze CCTV footage in detail;
Identify potential risks and irregularities during the monitoring process and promptly inform the relevant responsible personnel;
Detect and respond promptly to any violations or incidents;
Monitor employees’ work performance in accordance with the company’s internal policies and service standards;
Prepare periodic reports based on monitoring results;
Conduct periodic internal audits of stores based on established checklists.
Qualifications: Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a similar position;
Education: Higher education is preferred;
Industry Experience: Previous experience in the service or retail sector will be considered a strong advantage.
