Lead Concept Designer – Visual Merchandising & Retail Fixtures

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Concept Design Manager to own the design development of net-new Visual Merchandising initiatives across store formats and promotions. You will visualize fixtures and environments, collaborating with Store Design, Merchandising, Creative, and Operations to elevate the customer experience.
You will translate creative ideas into execution-ready concepts, lead transitions to international markets, and present strategic design recommendations to leadership.
