McWilliams Heating Cooling Plumbing in Lufkin, TX seeks a Customer Service Representative for a full-time, in-office role on a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. You will be the first voice customers hear, handle inbound calls, schedule service appointments, and coordinate with dispatch and field technicians.
