Providing comprehensive audio-visual and multimedia services, the full-time Multimedia Technician will support clinical meetings, Grand Rounds, and special events while delivering desktop systems and help desk support in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
Operate and maintain multimedia systems for clinical meetings and special events, ensuring high-quality user experiences
Provide video conferencing support, including setup, moderation, and troubleshooting, while interacting with remote participants
Record and live stream audio and video content, utilizing advanced production equipment and post-production tools
Required qualifications:
Associate's degree
3+ years of experience with computer and/or audio-visual systems
CTS and/or A-Plus Certification (preferred)
