Public Affairs Specialist (Digital Content Specialist)

DutiesThe duties may include, but are not limited to:Serves as strategic operations and creative expert for digital media and social media for NWS programs.Responsible for the programmatic design, development, and deployment of regular, ongoing and in some cases, time sensitive digital and social media communications.Uses the Agency's digital and social media presence to amplify APHIS' NWS mission, strategic goals, projects, and achievements to a variety of audiences.Explores and implements digital and social media tools and strategies for increasing and enhancing APHIS' audience.Researches data, statistics, surveys, and other metrics to gauge the efficiency and efficacy of digital and social media platforms, areas of content, viewing and posting times, content types, and engagements.
