We're looking for someone who has already worked in a similar commercialization, product development, or project coordination role within the

beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or OTC manufacturing industry.

If you've helped bring products from concept through commercialization in a regulated manufacturing environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Product Commercialization Coordinator, you'll be the connection between our Key Account Management and R&D teams, helping move projects from concept to production while keeping everything organized, accurate, and on schedule.

You'll be responsible for:
Coordinating new product commercialization projects from development through manufacturing
Managing project timelines, trackers, and commercialization schedules
Maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs), product data, and ERP records
Creating new part numbers and coordinating item setup
Building production routers using approved manufacturing instructions
Coordinating artwork implementation and product changes
Managing customer sample requests, shipments, and documentation
Supporting change controls, formulation revisions, packaging changes, and commercialization documentation
Working closely with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Customer Service to keep projects moving
Following up on project action items and helping ensure deadlines are met

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys keeping multiple projects moving at once.

Required:
At least 2 years of experience in a Product Commercialization Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Product Development Coordinator, Commercialization, or similar role
Hands-on experience in the beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or OTC manufacturing industry is required
Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment
Strong project coordination and organizational skills
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams

Preferred:
Experience with contract manufacturing
Experience maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs)
ERP system experience
Experience with change controls, documentation, and commercialization processes
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or a related field
